Scope
This standard specifies the method for the determination of antioxidants butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA), butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) and tert-butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) in food by gas chromatography. This standard applies to the determination of BHA, BHT and TBHQ in food. The method detection limit of this standard: BHA 2 mg/kg, BHT 2 mg/kg, TBHQ 5 mg/kg.
