This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of sucrose fatty acid esters. This standard is applicable to sucrose fatty acid ester products which are esterified and refined with sucrose and edible oil or fatty acid as the main raw materials.
