Scope: This standard specifies requirements and/or measures to reduce and prevent the hazards caused by chucks as defined in 3.1. See Chapter 4 for the main hazards associated with chucks. This standard applies to designers, manufacturers, suppliers and importers of chucks. This standard also gives the information that the manufacturer should provide to the user.
