Scope

This standard specifies the determination of zearalanol (zeranol), β-zearalanol (β-zeranol) and zearalanone (zearalanone) residues in food of animal origin by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method. This standard is applicable to the determination of zearalenol, β-zearalenol and zearalenol residues in animal muscle, liver, fish, eggs and milk. The detection limit of this standard method is 1ug/kg
