Scope: This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the detection of zearalanol, zearalenone, diethylstilbestrol, hexestrol and diethylstilbestrol in puffer fish, eel and grilled eel. This standard is applicable to the determination of zearalanol, zearalenone, diethylstilbestrol, hexestrol and dienestrol residues in puffer fish, eel and grilled eel. The method detection limit of this standard: zearalanol, zearalane, diethylstilbestrol, hexestrol and dienestrol is 1.0 μg/kg.
