Scope: This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry detection method for allylgestrol and chlormadinone residues in puffer fish, eel and grilled eel. This standard is applicable to the confirmation and quantitative determination of allylgestrol and chlormadinone residues in puffer fish, eel and grilled eel. The method detection limit of this standard: the detection limit of allylprogesterone and chlormadinone are both 0.5μg/kg.
