- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of general-purpose biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) films. This standard is applicable to ordinary (light film) and heat-sealable films for general purposes, which are made of polypropylene resin as the main raw material and biaxially stretched by the flat film method. This standard does not apply to biaxially oriented polypropylene films with other special functions, such as biaxially oriented polypropylene matte film, biaxially oriented polypropylene pearlescent film, biaxially oriented polypropylene film for pull wires, and biaxially oriented polypropylene film for capacitors , Biaxially oriented polypropylene cigarette packaging film, etc.
