Scope: This standard specifies the definition, model naming rules, main performance parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of self-ballasted cold cathode fluorescent lamps. This standard is applicable to automatic lamps with a rated voltage of 220V, a frequency of 50Hz, and a rated power of less than 30W, which use screw/bayonet lamp caps for indoor and outdoor lighting, and integrate lamp caps, lamp tubes and electronic components for starting and igniting. Ballasted cold cathode fluorescent lamps (hereinafter referred to as lamps).
