GB/T 22723-2008
Scope
This standard provides a method for energy determination of natural gas by means of measurement or calculation, and describes the relevant technologies and measures that must be adopted. The calculation of energy is based on the measurement of the quantity (mass or volume) and calorific value (obtained by measurement or calculation) of the delivered natural gas (hereinafter referred to as "gas") respectively. This standard also gives a general method of energy measurement uncertainty estimation. This standard only deals with systems currently in use. This standard applies to any gas metering station from civil gas to high-pressure gas transmission. This standard does not exclude the application of new technology, as long as the technology is proved to be equal to or better than the technology involved in this standard. Gas metering systems are not the subject of this standard.
