- This standard specifies the method and requirements for the application of X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy to determine the content of precious metals in jewelry. This standard is only applicable to the determination of the content of precious metals (gold, silver, platinum, palladium) in jewelry and other handicrafts. This standard applies to entrusted inspections that require the consent of the entrusting party and the entrusted party, and applies to the internal management of production enterprises that do not include production quality control. Supervision and inspection should be used with caution.
