Scope

This standard specifies the parameters, technical requirements, test methods, test rules, signs and supply requirements of steam traps. This standard applies to mechanical, thermostatic and thermodynamic steam traps (hereinafter referred to as traps) with nominal pressure not greater than PN260, nominal size not greater than DN150, and medium temperature not greater than 550°C.
