- This standard specifies the items, technical requirements, determination rules and inspection cycles for safety inspection and inspection of hoisting winches used in metal and non-metal mines. This standard applies to safety inspection and inspection of lifting winches in use in metal and non-metal mines. The lifting winch in this standard refers to a mining winch that lifts or lowers people or materials in a mine and has a drum diameter of less than 2m (excluding 2m).
