- This standard specifies the principle, reagents, instruments and equipment, analysis steps, result calculation and repeatability of determination of copper, iron, manganese, zinc, calcium and magnesium in grain and its products by flame atomic attraction spectrometry. This standard applies to the determination of copper, iron, manganese, zinc, calcium, magnesium and other elements in grains and their products. The detection limit of this method: copper is 0.6mg/kg, iron is 2.4mg/kg, manganese is 0.5mg/kg, zinc is 0.4mg/kg, calcium is 1.5mg/kg, magnesium is 0.7mg/kg.
