Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of food additive calcium hydrogen phosphate. This standard applies to the food additive calcium hydrogen phosphate produced by the reaction of food phosphoric acid and calcium compounds. This product is used as a calcium supplement and loosening agent in food processing.
