- This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of food additive glacial acetic acid (glacial acetic acid). This standard applies to glacial acetic acid produced from ethanol produced by fermentation. This product is used as food acidity regulator.
