GB/T 9639.1-2008 Plastics film and sheeting.Determination of impact resistance by the free-falling dart method.Part1:Staircase method (English Version)
1.1 This part of GB/T 9639 stipulates that under the impact of a free-falling dart at a given height, determine the energy when the number of damages of plastic film and sheet samples reaches 50%. Expressed in terms of impact damage mass. This section applies to plastic films and sheets with a thickness of less than 1 mm. 1.2 Two test methods 1.2.1 Method A: The diameter of the falling dart head is (38±1) mm, and the drop height is (0.66±0.01) m. It is suitable for materials with an impact damage mass of 0.05kg to 2kg. 1.2.2 Method B: The diameter of the falling dart head is (50±1) mm, and the drop height is (1.50±0.01) m. It is suitable for materials with an impact damage mass of 0.3kg to 2kg. 1.3 The mass of the counterweight used to change the mass of the falling body during the step method test should be the same, and the mass of the falling body should be reduced or increased by the counterweight according to whether the previous sample is damaged.
