Scope: This standard specifies the main technical indicators of CD-R/DVD±R discs used for electronic file archiving, disc labels, disc data recording and backup requirements, performance testing, preservation and use requirements, three-level warning line settings and data migration strategies. This standard applies to the CD-ROM archiving and management of electronic documents in archives departments at all levels and relevant units.
