- This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of food additive ammonium bicarbonate. This standard applies to the food additive ammonium bicarbonate prepared by absorbing carbon dioxide with ammonia water. This product is used as leavening agent in food processing.
