Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of food additive ammonium bicarbonate. This standard applies to the food additive ammonium bicarbonate prepared by absorbing carbon dioxide with ammonia water. It is not allowed to add sulfonate anti-caking agents harmful to human body, but non-toxic and harmless anti-caking agents are allowed. This product is used as a loosening agent in food processing. Molecular formula: NH4HCO3 Relative molecular mass: 79.06 (according to the international relative atomic mass in 1995)
