- This specification stipulates the requirements, quality assurance regulations, delivery preparations, etc. of powder metallurgy self-lubricating thrust plates for engine turbochargers of special vehicles. This specification is applicable to powder metallurgy self-lubricating thrust plates (hereinafter referred to as “thrust plates”) for special vehicle engine turbochargers produced by powder metallurgy methods.
