Scope

This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of paper-based composite materials for aseptic packaging of liquid food. This standard applies to materials for aseptic filling of liquid food that are made of base paper, compounded with plastic, aluminum foil or other barrier materials, and supplied in roll form or in the form of a single product.
