Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining moisture content by drying starch in an oven at 130 °C under normal pressure conditions. This standard applies to the moisture determination of dry native starch. This standard is not applicable to the moisture determination of some special starches, such as those containing unstable substances at 130 ℃.
