Scope

This standard specifies the test methods for water-based paints based on synthetic resin emulsion, after freezing and thawing, whether there is any harmful change in viscosity, anti-agglomeration or anti-caking, and the degree of maintaining the original performance. This standard applies to the determination of the freeze-thaw resistance of latex paints.
