- WARNING: Personnel applying this standard should be familiar with normal laboratory practice. This standard does not intend to address all safety issues that may arise from the use of this standard. It is the user's responsibility to establish appropriate safety and health regimes and ensure compliance with national regulations. This standard specifies a method for assessing the flammability of hoses, other than hoses intended for use with petroleum fuels in internal combustion engines. This method is limited to hoses with a nominal inner diameter of less than 50mm (including 50mm).
