Scope

This standard specifies the classification, requirements, sampling, codes and markings and inspection rules for the packaging of dangerous goods transported by air other than Category 2, Item 6.2 of Category 6 and Category 7 in Chapter 4 Classification. This standard applies to the inspection of packages of dangerous goods transported by air other than Category 2, Item 6.2 of Category 6 and Category 7 in Chapter 4 classification. This standard does not apply to the inspection of packages of dangerous goods transported by air with a volume exceeding 450L and a net weight exceeding 400kg.
