Scope

This standard specifies the device, specimen, test procedure, test result processing and test report for thermomechanical fatigue test of metallic materials. This standard applies to the determination of the thermomechanical fatigue properties of metal materials under axial loading under strain and stress control within the temperature cycle range below 1200 °C.
