Scope: This standard specifies the structure, technical requirements, coating application, quality inspection, marking, storage, loading, unloading and transportation of non-metallic inner coatings for oil pipes and casing. This standard is applicable to various types and specifications of oil pipes with an outer diameter of φ26.67mm~φ114.30mm (1.050in~4 1/2 in) and oil pipes with an outer diameter of φ114.30mm~φ508.00mm (4 Various types and specifications of casing inner coatings from 1/2 in to 20 in). It is recommended that tubing and casing with this standard's non-metallic coating be used for a long time when the pH value of the well fluid is 3 to 13 and the temperature is not higher than 150°C.
