Scope: This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of bicycle front forks (hereinafter referred to as "front forks"). This standard applies to front forks for general-purpose ordinary bicycles, load-carrying bicycles, light bicycles, sports bicycles and electric bicycles specified in QB 1714. This standard does not apply to other special-purpose bicycle front forks.
