- This standard specifies the types and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of underground on-site mixed emulsion explosive vehicle products. This standard applies to underground on-site mixed-loading emulsion explosive vehicles (hereinafter referred to as underground charging vehicles). This underground charging truck is mainly used for on-site mixing and filling of emulsion explosives into blast holes (especially suitable for blast holes with water) in underground mine excavation, mining or engineering blasting operations without explosive gases in metallurgy, building materials, nonferrous metals, chemicals, water conservancy, etc.
