Scope

This standard specifies the performance inspection requirements, test methods and inspection rules for the packaging of dangerous goods transported by water. This standard is applicable to the inspection of the packaging of dangerous goods transported by water other than item 6.2 of category 2, category 7 and category 6 in Chapter 4 of GB 19270.1-2003. This standard does not apply to pressure receptacles, packages with a net weight greater than 400kg, and packages with a volume exceeding 450L.
