Scope: WARNING: This standard does not address all possible safety issues. Producers should explain to users the dangers of the product, safety and protection measures during use, and users of this standard are responsible for taking appropriate safety and health measures and ensuring compliance with the conditions stipulated in relevant national regulations. This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage, transportation and safety of peracetic acid solution. This standard applies to the peracetic acid solution produced by the reaction of hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid, and also applies to the production, inspection and sale of the peracetic acid solution produced by packaging and mixing hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid separately. Type I and Type II products in this standard are mainly used as raw materials for disinfectants, Type II products are also used as bleaching agents and organic synthesis, and Type III products are mainly used for organic synthesis. Molecular formula of peracetic acid: C₂H₄O₃. Relative molecular mass of peracetic acid: 76.05 (according to the international relative atomic mass in 2005).
