Scope

This standard specifies the characteristic test and evaluation method of emulsifying ability of surfactant medium and high viscosity emulsions. This standard applies to one or several surfactants and one or several liquids or water-insoluble solids and water-formed emulsions. The emulsion should maintain its rheology over the temperature range of the performance test.
