This standard specifies the requirements for the design, material, manufacture, inspection and acceptance, storage and transportation of graphite pressure vessels (hereinafter referred to as vessels). This standard is applicable to the storage of gas, liquefied gas and liquids whose maximum working temperature is higher than or equal to the standard boiling point, the working pressure is greater than or equal to 0.1MPa, less than or equal to 2.4MPa, and the product of pressure and volume is greater than or equal to 2.5MPa·L Various graphite pressure vessels, the applicable temperature is -60℃~400℃. The metal pressure components in the container shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 150 and GB 151; the non-pressure steel parts shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T 4735. This standard does not apply to the following graphite containers: a) Graphite containers heated directly by flame; b) Graphite containers in nuclear energy installations; c) Cast graphite; d) Graphite brick lining equipment whose main stress is borne by the metal shell.
