- This standard specifies the standard method for quantitative analysis of sulfide minerals by electron probe. This standard is applicable to electron probe quantitative analysis of sulfides, arsenides, antimonides, bismuth compounds, tellurides and selenides which are stable under electron beam bombardment. This standard applies to quantitative analysis performed by X-ray wavelength spectrometer; its main content and basic principles are also applicable to quantitative analysis performed by X-ray energy spectrometer.
