Scope

This standard specifies the principle, instruments and utensils, reagents and solutions, operation methods and result calculation methods for the determination of tea polyphenols in tea. This standard applies to the determination of tea polyphenols in tea leaves, but not to the determination of tea polyphenols in tea extract products.
