(b) Engineering and product quality inspection agencies and water environment monitoring agencies of watershed agencies. (d) Monitoring agencies in the water conservancy industry responsible for monitoring water resources and water environment. (e) Other quality testing/calibration institutions that undertake quality inspection tasks for water conservancy projects and products nationwide or across regions
