- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, grading regulations, test methods, acceptance rules, packaging marks and transportation and storage of polyester sewing thread, cotton sewing thread and cotton waxed sewing thread. This standard is applicable to identify the quality of polyester sewing thread, cotton sewing thread and cotton waxed sewing thread.
