- This standard stipulates the technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation method, energy-saving management and measures for the production energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) quota of electrolytic aluminum enterprises. This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of production energy consumption of electrolytic aluminum enterprises, as well as the energy consumption control of new projects.
