Scope

This document stipulates the energy consumption limit level, technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation method of electrolytic aluminum and alumina per unit product. This document is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption per unit of production of electrolytic aluminum and alumina, as well as the energy consumption control of new construction, renovation and expansion projects.
