Scope: This standard specifies the additional requirements for determining the power of reciprocating internal combustion engines (RIC) when conducting exhaust pollutant emission tests in accordance with GB '8190 regulations while meeting the basic requirements determined by the "core" standard of GB/T 21404-2008. and methods. This standard also specifies a method for determining the power correction of pre-adjusted engines under variable atmospheric conditions. This correction method is not suitable for determining emission values for exhaust pollutants, since this is in all cases related to uncorrected engine power. This standard applies to: land, rail traction and marine reciprocating internal combustion engines, but does not include engines mainly used in road vehicles. This standard applies to engines driving engines such as road construction machinery, overhead machinery, industrial trucks and other uses. This standard is the "TS Star" standard. Only when used together with the GB/T 21404 2008 "Core" standard can it comprehensively specify the technical requirements for engines for specific purposes.
