This part specifies the safety requirements for portable luminaires for children. The light source used is a tungsten filament lamp or a single-capped fluorescent lamp with a supply voltage not exceeding 250V. This part should be used together with the relevant chapters of GB 7000.1. This standard does not apply in the following cases - movable luminaires specially placed in temporary decorative structures as additional decorative elements due to the needs of festivals or celebrations; - low-light background luminaires incorporating a plug, for example, - components of a plug-in device; - battery-operated luminaires or luminaires not directly connected to the mains; - toys; - luminaires designed or clearly intended for use by adults; or graphics) for two-dimensional graphics of luminaires
