Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of food additive calcium carbonate. This standard applies to food additives light calcium carbonate and heavy calcium carbonate. The product can be used as flour treatment agent, leavening agent, stabilizer and processing aid for food industry.
