Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and order form (or contract) content for high-purity niobium pentoxide. This standard applies to high-purity niobium pentoxide produced by liquid-liquid extraction. The products are used to produce niobate crystals and as optical glass additives.
