This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of the food additive jujube tincture. This standard is applicable to the analysis and evaluation of the quality of the food additive jujube tincture prepared from edible ethanol aqueous solution and jujube as raw materials.
