- Scope
- This standard specifies the tasks, measures and technical management content of technical supervision of steam turbines in thermal power plants (hereinafter referred to as "thermal power plants") and hydraulic turbines in hydropower plants (hereinafter referred to as "hydropower plants"). This standard applies to the technical supervision of various types of water turbines with a single unit capacity of 15MW and above and steam turbines with a single unit capacity of 125MW and above. This standard does not apply to the technical supervision of steam turbines in nuclear power plants and gas turbines in combined cycle power plants.
