Scope: This standard specifies the testing items, environmental (facilities) requirements, instrument and equipment configuration and related technical specifications that should be carried out by the incoming coal testing laboratory of thermal power plants. This standard applies to the establishment of incoming coal testing laboratories in thermal power plants and the standardized technical management during daily operation.
