Scope: This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and safety of industrial epichlorohydrin (abbreviated as ECH). This standard applies to the production, inspection and sale of industrial epichlorohydrin produced from propylene by high-temperature chlorination/chlorohydrin method or propylene acetate method.
