- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product model, usage conditions, technical performance, test classification and items, test methods, markings, packaging, transportation, storage and product documentation of neutral point grounding resistors (hereinafter referred to as resistors). This standard only applies to neutral point grounding resistors with voltage levels of 35kV and below and rated frequencies of 5OHz or 6OHz.
