HJ/T 349-2007 (English Version) PDF

Scope: This standard specifies the general principles, content and methods for environmental impact assessment of onshore oil and gas development and construction projects (hereinafter referred to as construction projects) within my country. This standard applies to onshore oil and gas field exploration and development, ground industrial infrastructure construction and related gathering and transportation, storage and transportation, road and oil and gas processing and construction projects within my country. It includes gathering and transportation pipelines and oil area roads from oil and gas wells, through various stations, and finally to treatment plants. If the gathering and transportation pipeline network is large-scale and has long lines, the technical content of the environmental assessment work should also meet the relevant requirements for environmental impact assessment of pipeline transportation construction projects. If the road network in the oil area is large-scale and the lines are long, the technical content of the environmental assessment work should also comply with the relevant technical requirements of the State Environmental Protection Administration.
