- This regulation stipulates the basic requirements for the layout of long-term groundwater dynamic monitoring sites, monitoring projects and requirements, the compilation and analysis of monitoring and test data, groundwater regime forecasting, groundwater balance testing and report preparation. This procedure is applicable to long-term monitoring of groundwater dynamics in vast areas where groundwater has been exploited or is planned to be exploited, as well as in large and medium-sized urban areas. It can also be used as a reference when carrying out long-term monitoring of groundwater dynamics in large and medium-sized industrial and mining bases.
